1968: A food grade agar-agar extraction plant with a capacity of 100 tons/year was established with the technical assistance of a Japanese partner.

1985: Creation of a seaweed collection organization by the seaweed boats on all the moroccan coast.

1988: A completely renovation and automatation of the factory for the production of bacteriological and food grade agars.

1992: Initiation of a quality policyaccording to ISO 9002.
